Why does the fabric need to be double the window width?+

Curtains look full and hang in soft folds because the fabric is gathered. As a rule we use twice the width of your window, so a 1.8 m window takes about 3.6 m of fabric. Sheers follow the same rule.

How long can the curtains be?+

Full-length drapes are the usual choice and fall about 90 to 100 in, from the rail to the floor. Any fabric works up to 99 in (251 cm). For taller windows we turn plain, no-pattern fabric sideways, and it is priced by the metre of height instead of width.

Eyelets or hooks?+

Eyelets thread onto a rod and give a clean, modern fall. Hooks clip onto a rail or track, glide smoothly and follow bends and bay windows. Sheers are always hung on hooks and a rail.

How accurate is the photo measure?+

Straight-on photos are usually within a couple of percent, and angled ones can be off by more. It is a planning estimate. Our team confirms exact sizes when we measure, so you are never ordering on a guess.

Is my photo saved anywhere?+

No. The photo is read on your phone to work out the size and is never uploaded.
